Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 2 hours without giving any reason for doing so. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email: [email protected]

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the cancellation request Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

No Return, No Exchange
Unfortunately, since our products are custom made for you, goods once sold cannot be refunded.

Limited Warranty
Warranty applies to goods purchased from Yertoo.com website. The Warranty Period for is 90 days from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

During the warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
